Communication Technology Expo 2023, a leading CX exhibition for Customer Contact and Unified Communications, kicked off yesterday at the ExCel Centre in London. 

Running alongside the world’s only remote-working expo, the event featured leaders from across the communications technology landscape, showcasing some of the latest and most innovative technologies being introduced within the sector.  

The event’s first day began with a keynote address from Genyses exploring the benefits of AI and CX Innovations in Keynote 1, and a talk from motivational speaker Brad Burton about inspiring action within an organisation. 

Other notable speakers at the two-day event included Nicola Millard, principal innovation partner at BT; James Dodkins, Customer Experience Rockstar from Rockstar CX; Magnus Falk, CIO Advisor at Zoom; and Dave D’Arcy, Senior Director of EMEA Customer Care at RingCentral. 

EM360 spoke with dozens of vendors at the event who spoke highly of the recent strides in communications technology, and the impact of new trends in AI technology and remote working in the enterprise communications space.
