Operating across multiple university partners, Boundless Learning required every interaction to meet rigorous standards regarding transparency, recorded-line disclosures, and AI identification. Lisa achieved 100% accuracy in AI-to-human handoffs and compliance-related disclosures, reducing operational risk while creating a more consistent and auditable engagement process.
