Fivetran: How Logitech uses Zendesk Sunshine and Fivetran to connect all customer data

As we enter the final quarter of 2020, we’re having to make the acceptance that events will probably not make a comeback this year. However, as much as we miss the hustle and bustle of conferences and exhibitions, we’ve also grown to love virtual events and webinars.

The webinar, due to take place on 29 September at 4:30pm GMT+1, will explore how Logitech uses Zendesk Sunshine and Fivetran to connect all customer data. In the discussion, we will learn how Fivetran partnered with Zendesk to help customers extract, load, and join data from Zendesk Chat, Zendesk Support, and now, Zendesk Sunshine. We’ll also explore how Logitech adopted a modern data stack and enhance reporting by connecting Zendesk Sunshine to Fivetran. 

Attendees will also be treated to a live Q&A in which they can ask questions on how to migrate from legacy systems to the cloud.
