About

Geoff Hixon leads the Global Sales at Lakeside. He has been with Lakeside for 15+ years and has seen many IT projects both succeed and fail. Utilizing the data and visibility that SysTrack provides along with his expertise, he has assisted thousands of customers through their IT projects, VDI migrations, hardware refreshes, OS migrations, acquisitions, root cause analysis, and much more to be successful. He has worked with companies as small as 100 systems to enterprise customers with hundreds of thousands of systems and understands that no two companies are the same. However, many of their needs are the same. Customers need visibility into what the end user is doing and experiencing to make critical business decisions; ones that can be very costly if poor decisions are made because of lack of visibility. Prior to Lakeside, Geoff worked in the trenches as a Systems Administrator as well as a consultant for businesses around the Metro Detroit area by managing and hosting their IT needs. He has a deep understanding of Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware as well as vast experience in root cause analysis. This experience has led him to assist others with their IT administration challenges, allowing them to be successful with the visibility that SysTrack provides.
