In the new version of Google Shopping, AI will be used to speed up the shopping process and simplify product research by showing the most relevant products.
Ahead of product listings there will now be an AI generated brief that includes key factors to consider in your search as well as leading products that meet your search.

Product recommendations will now include an overview of why they meet your search requirements.
Generated results will now also include smart filters to further refine your search query to find the best products such as filtering by sizes and local availability.
The AI transformation further builds on Google’s tools for virtual try ons and AR shopping experiences. Vision Match will continue to allow users to describe desired clothing items, and AI generates visual suggestions with similar shoppable products.
Personalised Shopping Experience
Google Shopping’s AI upgrade comes with a new home page that prioritizes personalisation. Users unique landing page will serve a variety of products and videos based on your own shopping history.
As the research process behind purchasing can take a while, Google Shopping now lets you pick up exactly where you left off.
Best Prices
Google Shopping will now also allow consumers to find the best deals through tools like direct price comparison, price insights and price tracking.
Built into the personalized feed there is now also a personalized deals page.
How To Use Google Shopping AI Upgrade?
The Google Shopping AI upgrade is now available via the “Shopping Tab” on your unusual Google Search.
The new functionality is only available to users in the US currently though it is expected to be implemented globally.
