Safe Software Secures Strategic Growth Investment from JMI Equity

The Canadian enterprise integration company Safe Software has received a strategic growth investment from the growth-stage investor JMI Equity. 

The investment, announced on Thursday, January 11, will support the continued expansion of Safe Software’s solutions offering and the company’s strong growth trajectory.

“Our new investment partners at JMI have been following our journey for well over a decade, and they love what we have created and want to help us build upon our solid 30-year foundation as we enter an exciting next chapter,” said Don Murray, Co-Founder & CEO, Safe Software.

A New Beginning 

Don Murray will continue to lead the business as CEO and the company will remain focused on serving clients globally. His fellow co-CEO and Co-founder, Dale Lutz, however, has stepped away from his leadership role at Safe and taking a new role focusing on his passion for FME

With this change, Don Murray will continue as Safe’s CEO and JMI Equity (JMI) has made a strategic growth investment and will be a minority shareholder.
